 So you've done your homework and are ready to book with PASC!  Great!!!  First, let's make sure we are available for your event date.  Please fill out our quote request form below or email us to start the process!   You will be emailed a detailed invoice to pay the required $200 non refundable reservation fee in order to hold your event date.

2) Retainer Required To Reserve Event Date

​

An invoice will be sent via email along with a base contract requiring a $200 retainer & signature of contact.  We do accept other forms of payment including PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay & All Major Credit Cards.

*Signature of contract & $200 non refundable retainer are due immediately to reserve any date & place an order.

3) Schedule Tasting Box pick up/Private Tasting/Phone Meeting To Finalize Design, Flavors, Servings & Details

​

What works for one couple might be different for another when it comes to selecting flavors & cake design.  It really depends on where each couple is at with their cake planning.  Private tastings are by appointment only based on availability.  Tasting box pickups work for those who already know what design they want and really don't wish to have a private consultation & tasting.  Many Couples are not able to fit a private tasting into their busy schedule and they are not required to meet with us!  We can schedule phone meetings & communicate via email.  We do have a $650 minimum order requirement for complimentary tastings.

*All details & final payments are due 4 weeks prior to event date!

*Tastings for booked clients with orders under $650 require a $65 fee.
