You can see that same inspiration in my work today as I have worked in the wedding industry baking, creating & delivering works of art with a passion for perfection in Northern Michigan for over 25 years.   Throughout my career I have stacked and sculpted hundreds of cakes.

 

UP Michigan winters are cold.....so Florida became my new home in June of 2021.  I am so grateful to be here in Vero Beach for 5 years now!  I finally feel home & can't wait to create the cake of your dreams in the place that has been mine for years!

 I am often asked what sets me apart from other cake artists...

 

I have been trained in a variety of skill sets for over 25 years where I have become comfortable with many mediums including fondant, wafer paper & sugar paste florals.  I love a challenge & love to learn new techniques when it comes to creating something unique & modern.  The cake world is always evolving & you have to evolve with it.   I have also found my pricing to be very budget friendly, witnessing competitors with little to no experience charging close to PASC pricing.

 

I believe you can truly learn a lot about a person through their creativity.  I love the entire process of baking, creating and working with the all the amazing people I get to meet!  I have formed bonds & friendships with many and have been fortunate to watch their families grow.  I look forward to meeting many new faces.  Please don't hesitate to call me as I love answering all questions and getting to know my Clients!
