"My inspiration for wanting to live in the culinary world started as a young girl. I would spend summers with my Grandmother who worked at a South Jersey bakery. At 10 years old I would decorate the cupcakes in bright colors with fun designs to attract all the children frequenting the popular bakery. I took great pride in what I had accomplished and the praise I received in something that made me so happy and seemed to come so effortlessly".
